Terms & Conditions

Welcome to nvlab.id. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the nvlab.id website, builder, and related services (the "Service"), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — not yet filled in] ("nvlab.id", "we", "us"). The Service is available to users in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and other countries where we choose to offer it.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Who can use nvlab.id

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information when registering.
• If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. Your account

• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately at support@nvlab.id if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

3. The Service

nvlab.id lets you create, customize, publish, and share online invitations using our templates, including features such as RSVP, guest wishes, personalized guest links, and QR check-in (depending on your plan).

• Features available depend on the plan you purchase. See Pricing.
• We may add, change, or remove features to improve the Service. We'll try to give notice of significant changes.
• We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free (for example, during maintenance or events outside our control).

4. Plans, payment & active period

• Plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card or bank account details.
• Each plan has an active period (for example 3 or 6 months) starting from the date of payment. When it ends, your invitation will no longer be publicly accessible.
• Prices may change at any time, but changes won't affect plans you've already purchased.
• All sales are final. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your content

"Your Content" means text, photos, music, videos, guest lists, and other material you add to your invitation.

• You own Your Content. You give nvlab.id a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process Your Content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you.
• You confirm you have the rights and permissions for everything you upload, including photos of other people and any music.
• You are responsible for Your Content and for the guest data you collect.
• Your Content must follow our Content & Template Usage Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate it, without refund.

6. Templates & our intellectual property

• All templates, designs, graphics, animations, code, the nvlab.id name and logo are owned by nvlab.id or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use templates only to create invitations hosted on nvlab.id.
• You may not copy, resell, redistribute, export, or reuse our templates outside nvlab.id, or claim them as your own.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful
• Create invitations used for scams, phishing, or impersonation
• Send spam using invitation links
• Attempt to hack, overload, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service
• Resell access to the Service without our written permission
• Upload malware or harmful code

8. Guest data

When guests RSVP, leave wishes, or check in, you are the party who collects that information. You agree to use guest data only for your event and to respect your guests' privacy. Our handling of data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Data after your plan ends

After your active period ends, your invitation goes offline. We may keep your invitation data for up to 30 days so you can extend or download your guest data (if available), after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we make no warranties that the Service will meet every need, be error-free, or that every guest will receive or open your invitation. We are not responsible for the events you organize.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nvlab.id is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost profits, lost data, or event-related costs). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan related to that claim.

12. Termination

• You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith discussion. If that fails, disputes will be settled at the [COMPETENT DISTRICT COURT — not yet filled in].

15. Language

These Terms are available in Bahasa Indonesia and English. If there is any difference between the two, the Bahasa Indonesia version prevails.
