What is nvlab.id?

nvlab.id is an online invitation platform serving users across Southeast Asia. Choose a category, select from more than 5,000 templates, enter your event details, and share your invitation link within minutes.

Which countries does nvlab.id serve?

nvlab.id is available to users in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand. Invitations can be shared with guests anywhere in the world.

What types of invitations can I create?

Weddings, engagements, birthdays, corporate events, formal meetings, gatherings, reunions, e-sport tournaments, and more.

Do I need design or technical skills?

No. The builder is designed for first-time users and requires no design or technical experience.

Can I try the platform before paying?

Yes. You can browse all templates and preview your invitation free of charge. Payment is only required when you are ready to publish.

Templates and design

How many templates are available?

More than 5,000, including widely recognized styles and thousands of unique designs available exclusively on nvlab.id.

Can I change templates after I start?

Yes. You may switch to another template within the same plan level while your invitation is active. Your event details are retained.

Can I upload my own photos and music?

Yes, on plans that include the photo gallery and music features. Please upload only content you own or are authorized to use, as described in our Content & Template Usage Policy.

Publishing and sharing

How do I share my invitation?

Once published, you receive a link that can be shared through WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email, or any other channel.

Can each guest receive a personalized link?

Yes, on the General plan and above. Each link can display the individual guest's name.

Can I edit my invitation after publishing?

Yes. Edits can be made at any time during the active period and are reflected on the same link.

How long does my invitation remain online?

This depends on your plan: 3 months for Simple and General, 6 months for Premium. The invitation is taken offline once the active period ends.

Can I extend the active period?

This feature will be available soon.

RSVP and guest book

How does RSVP work?

Guests confirm their attendance directly on the invitation. All responses are available in your dashboard.

What is QR check-in?

On the General plan and above, each guest receives a unique QR code. Scanning it at the venue records the guest in your digital guest book automatically.

Payment

How much does it cost?

Plans start from IDR 49,000. Full details are available on our Pricing page.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We support local payment methods offered by our payment partners, including bank transfer, e-wallets, and QR payments. Available options are shown at checkout.

Is this a subscription?

No. All plans are one-time payments with no automatic renewal.

Are refunds available?

All sales are final. Exceptions apply only to duplicate charges or technical errors on our side. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

My payment was successful, but my plan is not active. What should I do?

Please wait a few minutes and refresh the page. If the plan is still inactive, contact support@nvlab.id with your transaction ID and proof of payment.

Privacy and security

Who can view my invitation?

Only people who have the link. Invitations are not listed publicly unless you choose otherwise.

Is my guests' data secure?

Yes. Guest data, including names, RSVPs, and check-ins, is visible only to you and is never sold. Please see our Privacy Policy.
